Looks to me like she's trying to mouth the words, "Cincinnati Christian University".

Don, our girls wore the shirts proudly to HU's close loss to Missouri Southern. Susie taught B how to explain her age, and both girls bore witness to their first live football game. Thanks for contributing to the great weekend.
As for recruiting Scout to the Foothills, I don't know how Harding can compete with Cincinnati Christian. It's really not fair.
If we change our name to Vanderbilt, will that help? Just say the word, buddy.
